Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing liquid soap dispenser by the handwash station closest to the reach-in cooler nearby the cookline.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** A pump style liquid soap dispenser was placed by this handwash station during the inspection.
All handwash station MUST always be accessible and equipped with running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel at all time to allow food handlers to use when required to keep the hands clean for food preparation.

Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations (except for the station identified in violation# 401), including the washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
Food was stored protected, organized and off the floor.
200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer bucket holding in-use wiping cloths.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
General cleanliness satisfactory.
Minor oil/ grease buildup noted on the edge of the fume hood and back splash area of the deep fryer. Please pay attention to these areas to avoid grease dripping into the food leading to contamination or possible fire hazard.

No signature required due to COVID-19.
