All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
All freezers are -18 degrees or colder.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink.
Bleach water measured 200 PPM chlorine residual.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 71 degrees Celsius at the plate surface but it took running it 4 times to achieve this. Please monitor temperature carefully.
Ensure that temperatures of coolers are being monitored and recorded daily.
Please clean under and behind stove. Visible debris noted.
