Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The food inserts in the salad bar sit on top of ice. The burritoes at the sandwich prep station is stored in an unlit chafing dish with ice at the base. The internal temperature of all the foods are well above 4 degC. The foods are brought out at 11am and removed from the stations at 2pm (latest).
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, discard any leftover foods after lunch rush. Ensure that the foods are not stored above 4 degC for more than 4 hours.
