- It was indicated that baked goods with ham are sotred at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
- Baked goods were just taken out from the oven at the time of inspection.

- Potentially hazardous Foods that have been left at room temperature for more than 2 hours must be discarded. This is to prevent from microbial growth.
- After taking out must be time-stamped for 2 hours and foods must be discarded after 2 hours if they are to be stored / displayed at room temperature.

General:
- Handsink accessible with hot/ cold running water, soap and paper towel.
- all coolers: 4 degrees C or below, stand freezer: - 14 degrees C (in frozen state)
- hot-holding (soup): 76 degrees C
- 3-compartment-sink with drain plug noted. ---> QUATS 200 ppm is used to sanitize dishes.
- Washroom equipped with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towel.
- ice machine sanitary
- condensed milk is noted at the room temperature.

NOTE:
- Operator took it out from the cooler to drizzle on top of baked goods.
- The original can claims to store refrigerated after opening.
- Operator puts in a container and store it in cooler after opening a can.
