Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CQCSXD: Plumber had re-installed the drain pipe for the high temperature dishwasher after inspection on March 28, 2023. 72 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Tiling work around the new in ground grease trap has been complete. Fill in the gaps will grout. Hand sink clear of obstructions and available for use with liquid soap and paper towels provided.
