General sanitation of premises was satisfactory
Hot and cold running water was available
Liquid soap and paper towel were present at kitchen handsinks and at servery sinks
Walk-in cooler was at 3C Walk-in freezer was at -14C
Foods in walk-in cooler were covered and stored in a manner to prevent cross contamination (raw meats beneath and away from ready to eat items)
High temperature dishwasher final rinse was 73C measured with peak holding thermometer
Quats sanitizer was present at 200ppm from dispenser for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
No signs of pest activity noted. Pest Control contract is in place.
Fridges in servery areas have thermometers present and are being monitored daily.
