Provided hand out for Food safe level 1 recertification. *Add back room cooler and freezer to monitoring log. Dishwasher at 129F and approx. 80pm chlorine in final rinse. Soap dispensed into wash cycle. All cold holding equipment cold holding at <4c No pest problems noted
