Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers at 4c or below.
Freezers are at -18c or below.
Ice cream display cooler is at -15c.
Thermometers are available for all coolers.
Hot holding must at 60c.
Quat sanitation is at 200ppm concentration in spray bottle.
Overall sanitation throughout facility is adequate.
No pest issues noted during this inspection.
Foodsafe certified employee available onsite.
Operator has valid foodsafe certification.
All foods are from approved sources.

The following requires operators attention:
1. Employees onsite must have foodsafe certification. Atleast one person at all times must have valid foodsafe.
