Code 203 noted on Routine inspection # 230455 of Jun-30-2017 Food not cooled in an acceptable manner [s. 12(a)] (Tom Yum/thai soup base was in a very large pot. Temperature was 60 deg. C; Manager reported she was going to transfer entire pot to cooler. This is improper cooling . Portion is too large and will not cool fully with required time.) Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-AWVT8J of Mar-15-2018 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Papertowel dispensers at both handwashing stations are empty.)

Reviewed cooling procedures: cooling rate temperature logs are now in place and have been documented since previous inspection. Ensure cooling rate is logged for each batch of food product cooled. buckets of noodles no longer soaking at room temperature or outside the premise. heat lamp warmer relocated to back counter top away from customer access. wiping rags stored in dilute bleach sanitizer throughout premise. both handsinks equipped with stocked papertowel dispensers.
