Follow up inspection: -Dessert cooler was 4 degrees C or less: inner compartment measured at 2.8 degrees C and reach-in compartment measured at 4 degrees C. -Staff informed that the filters were re-installed in the appropriate direction in this cooler to facilitate adequate air flow. -Dessert cooler was equipped with a thermometer. Ensure to monitor refrigeration temperatures on a regular basis each day. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
