Observation: At the time of inspection quats dispenser not in good working order. Bulk quats not being drawn up from container and into mixing/dilution chamber.
Corrective Action(s): Service the quats dispenser. Correct by September 17, 2019. Until it is serviced and dispensing quats at 200ppm dilute 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Distribute into labeled spray bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
