Self serve stations with baked products provided with single use tissues for dispensing. Cases are clean and maintained in a sanitary manner.
Retail area clean and organized.
Cake decoration area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hand sink leading into bakery department provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Back ware washing area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink. Test strips available for use.
