- All hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm
- Three-compartment sink was set up for manual warewashing. 100 ppm chlorine detected in sanitizing compartment.
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the floor and in containers/bins with lids
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Bay door was closed, properly sealed, and no gap was observed - good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
