-Walk-in cooler was at 1C.
-Meat display cooler was at 4C.
-Front customer area coolers were at 1C to 2C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily. Temperatures were missed for Thursday. Ensure staff properly fill out temperature records on a daily basis.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Meat cutting table sanitized at least every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
