Facility is only serving through a "take-out window" no entry into store allowed. The back of building is a residence for Operator and his family. The restaurant section is closed and has been closed since start of pandemic. There is no plan to open in the near future, but Operator says it may be possible after pandemic. -All coolers and freezers are in working condition -No signs of pest activity -Handwash station in back area is fully stocked -Sanitizer available The premises is on a septic system and a water holding tank.
