- Time stamps noted at the chopped vegetable
- Grain scoops are noted to be stored at the sanitary condition
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse plate surface temperature at 73.3 degree C

- General sanitation is good, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Temperature logs of cooking temperature, refrigeration temperature, and hot holding temperature are well maintained
