Ensure to pull out all items from the shelving units and clean hidden areas. - Debris and stains still observed in the interior surface of the knife holder. Equip a new knife holder or detach the holder from the cooler unit to clean in & out. Corrections made: - Cleaning done in general. Improvement in the organization inside walk-in cooler and freezer. - Ice machine has been cleaned. Biofilm is removed. - Cardboard liners removed. Ensure to maintain sanitation at the facility. Continue weekly pest control service until general reduction of mice catch is observed for 3 month or longer.
