Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwash stations (front/back) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space for dry foods and drinks. All foods must be stored off the floor to facilitate in cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control is done through a professional pest control company. Pest control inspections conducted once a month. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- Two front display coolers < or = 4C. Top, middle and bottom shelves of the display cooler unit not refrigerated. Only dry foods stored on shelves. Undercounter freezers under the display cooler < or = -18C.
- All coolers inside the kitchen < or = 4C
