Discussed with manager that bleach should be 100ppm (2mL bleach per liter of water) -Pest control reports provided for review, monthly services in place -Hand washing station fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. -No evidence of pests at time of inspection -Under counter cooler at 4C -Deli cooler 3C and display section 3C -Walk-in cooler 3C to 4C -Walk-in freezer -16C
