- >Proper ladle to be used; mug currently placed outside of fudge.
->Cleaning has been done but is not complete. Operator understands that they must remove the food equipment inside walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer in order to do a deep clean and remove build up.
->Operator still needs to register for Foodsafe Level 1. Please e-mail me the certificate.
