Comments

Inspection of Star of the Sea kitchen. A replacement commercial dishwasher has been installed and has a digital temperature gauge. Machine has a hot water sanitizing rinse. Rinse temperature is at least 180F (82 C) at the gauge and 160F (71 C ) was measured inside the machine after warm up - good. No other changes to the kitchen other than an additional cooler will be brought in. Please post posters.
