Observation: -Hookah equipment not maintained and organized properly.
-->Observed the plastic mouth tips opened and scattered along the food countertop.
-->Bar counter tops were sticky with spilled liquor and drinks.
-->Follow the cleaning procedures off the facility's sanitation plan to wash and sanitize the hookah equipment and the countertops.

*The operator asked the cleaning company to clean the facility daily right after their business hours (2-3am).

*Follow the cleaning schedules on the sanitation plan.
*seating signs were posted on every second tables to maintain 2m or more distance between patrons
*create a Covid safety plan (worksafe BC) and post in a visible location

*Closure order issued on June 30, 2020 was rescinded.
