Note: small amount of food is stored under counter.
Correction: Immediately. Food must be stored in a different coolers. Small amount of food for right away service can be kept for 1 hour.

Observation: Bat glass washer is 0.0 ppm of sanitizer.
Correction: Immediately. Stop using the bar glass washer - service it. Test strips must be available.
Use the kitchen dishwasher for now.

Prep. cooler temperature - satisfactory.
Note: Outstanding item - sealing for the cooler doors.
Glass washer at 50 ppm of Chlorine solution (test strips - available).
All food is stored safely at the time of inspection (off the floor & covered).
Glass door cooler at - 0.2 C.
Handwashing station (kitchen & bar) - supplied with cold/hot running water; liquid soap and paper towel.
A counter top with the kitchen handwashing sink has been replaced for a new hard wood counter top.
The faucet is replaced.
No flies at the time of inspection.
Surface sanitizer containers - labeled.
