The plumbing was clogged and was not draining properly. The sink was filled with coffee and dairy products. Hand washing station must be available at all times for hand washing only. Correction: Required operator to repair plumbing to ensure it drains properly. The sink must be available for hand washing only. Date to be corrected by: April 30 2022
