Services Provided:
Manicure, pedicure, eyelash extensions, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, microblading, laser hair removal, facial and body massaging and hair.
General Comments:
Hair Services:
Barbicide is available and in use.
Backflow preventers installed for both hair washing stations.
Nail Services:
Stainless steel instruments are washed and soaked in CS20 for 20 minutes. Includes nippers, clippers, cuticle pushers
Nail files and buffers are either disposed after client or kept in bags labelled with client's name for reuse on that client only.
Stainless steel foot bowls are washed and sprayed with CS 20
Waxing:
Single use, disposable sticks and strips are available.
Wax appears to be clean. No double dipping is done.
Handwash station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold water.
Towels are laundered on site after each client.
Eyelash Extensions:
Glue/lash adhesive meets Health Canada's labelling requirements.
Training certificate for eyelash extension available
Microblading/Nanoblading:
Needles and blades comes sterile and discarded into a sharps container after each client.
Single use ink caps discarded after each use.
Nanoblade instruments covered with disposable plastic cover that is discarded after use.
Bed is covered with towels and a plastic wrap is placed around the head area of the bed, then discarded after client.
Tweezers and scissors are soaked with 70% alcohol
Laser Hair Removal
Protective eyewear with OD7 available.
Client's protective eyewear is used with cotton pads and wiped down with 70% alcohol
Two mirrors are installed in the laser hair removal room. Operator covers both mirrors with towels prior to client's treatment.
Laser warning sign is posted on the door.
Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting:
Tints are labelled with "For Professional Use Only"

Disposable mascara wands and toothpicks are used to mix tints and apply onto lashes or brows.
All handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Towels are laundered onsite on hot water/hot air cycle, as well as bleach.
Disposable gloves available in all rooms for use.
Parafin wax placed into disposal bags for each client and discarded after use.
