Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Facility was not in operation at the time of inspection and staff was in process of restocking. - Operator stated that the retail store front will be open this weekend. - Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 3.3C - Reach in coolers (x2) at 3.3C and 4C - Reach in freezer at -15C - Stand up freezer at -12C - Stand up display cooler was not working and used for storing non-PHF drinks. Operator stated that the compressor unit requires replacement. New compressor was onsite and the technician was in process of replacing it. - Adequate shelving units available for storing food products. - 2 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. - Drain plugs were brought during the inspection. - General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory. - Bulk bins and all other equipment were maintained in good sanitary condition. NOTE - Please notify your district EHO once the display cooler is in good working order and able to maintain ambient temperature of at least 4C or less. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous food in the cooler until it has been serviced. A follow up inspection will be conducted once the store is fully operational.
