Sliding door cooler < 4 C Upright freezer < -18 C Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Dry storage areas found be clean and organized Domestic dishwasher in working order. Bleach sanitizer tested 100 ppm. Add 2 teasppon bleach per litre of water. Ensure to replace the sanitizer at least once a week. General sanitation is satisfactory.
