***CORRECTION ORDER RESCINDED - Facility has submitted floorplans that meet with FHA requirements and have been stamped as "approved". Facility permitted to produce food items at new food kiosk and front counter area.

NOTE: Due to electrical requirements the roller grill and counter condiment insert were not inspected during inspection as they could not be turned on. As facility was issued a "Correction Order" and site inspection was unscheduled these items were not prepared ahead of the inspection. These items were turned on during previous inspection and fully functional. Items to be checked at next inspection.
NOTE: Facility constructed as per approved plans. No issues with food production resuming at facility.

NOTE: Obtain additional sink plug
NOTE: Ensure sanitizer solution is available for use in approved food production areas at all times. Ensure sink is always set up with sanitizer solution during food production.
NOTE: Ensure Corporate office sends appropriate wall mount liquid soap. Currently facility is using alternative soap dispensers that are more easily lost.
