-Follow-up inspection to October 19, 2018. -Knives were properly stored at the time of inspection. -Men's washroom handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Kitchen handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices at all times. -General cleaning has been carried out under the cook area. Ensure facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to prevent potential pest infestation. -Foods properly stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination. -Shatter shield for light fixture located above the dishwasher replaced. -Foodsafe Level 1 valid until August 5, 2023. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
