-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -17C.
-Prep station coolers were at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter coolers were at 4C.
-Beef patty cooler was at 4C.
-Fry cooler was at 4C.
-Ice cream hoppers was less than 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -17C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Beef burgers were cooked to greater than 71C.
-Cheese curds are stored at room temperature and are time tracked for 2 hours - items are discarded after 2 hours.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment was found to be clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw meats stored separately from ready-to-eat foods. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid until 2023-03-06.
