Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid hand soap at the handwashing station in dessert assembly area. The soap dispenser is broken. Staff provided hand soap at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Properly wall mount the soap dispenser at the noted handwashing station. All handwashing stations must have liquid hand soap to adequately wash hands.

Observation: Rat droppings observed in the basement storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the rat droppings. Submit the three latest pest control summary reports to the health inspector. Seal all entry points and gaps in the basement storage unit. All foods must be stored in shelving racks above the floor.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration at 33C at the plate's level.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- A third party pest control company inspects on a regular basis. Submit the three latest pest control summary reports to the health inspector.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal posted in a conspicuous area.
- Washrooms appear to be in sanitary condition. Handwashing stations fully stocked.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- No warmers at the time of the inspection.
- Working thermometer at all refrigeration units.

Note that there is significant ice build up inside multiple undercounter coolers.
