Corrective Action(s): Repair the faucet at the hand washing sink as soon as possible so that both hot and cold water are available . Violation Score: 5

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: The dishwasher is not in use as it requires repair. Mainly take out containers are used (paper lined plates). Some glasses and cutlery are still used for customers dining in. Seating is above 10 (about 16). Dishes and utensils are being washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried using three sinks - ok. Corrective Action(s): Continue to wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry dishes and utensils manually and to use mainly single use containers. Repair the dishwasher as your seating is above 10. Correct by February 2018 or earlier. Violation Score: 9

Routine check: Coolers are at 4 C or colder. No hot holding at time of inspection. Chlorine at 100+ppm. Liquid soap and paper towels are available at hand sinks. Hot water is provided to kitchen and washroom sinks (see above re kitchen hand sink).
