Ensure all food contact surfaces in the rice wet grinder are cleaned and sanitized after use. Write down the temperatures on the temperature record log sheet. General sanitation is good. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. Temperature of refrigeration and hot holding units are satisfactory. Food items are made daily. No meat or eggs used.
