Comments

General:
- other handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine
- three compartment sink set up by owner at time of inspection - ensure items are sanitized as you clean; do not wash and rinse and sanitize later
- discussed cooling with operator - ensure foods are cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less and from 20-4 in 4 hours or less
- sanitation has improved
- operator states he very recently took FOODSAFE again - ensure certificate is on-site for next inspection

Note: Bush Orange Red powder noted in facility - food coloring agent has not been approved in Canada. Cease using this product.
