Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer available in the kitchen. Spray sanitizer bottle has a reading of 0ppm. Wiping towels left on counters
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be prepared first thing in the morning.
Bleach sanitizer solutions must be maintained at >100ppm as per test strips
Wiping towels are to be maintained in the sanitizer buckets between uses after rinsing

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again observed a number of handwash stations deficient:
-Handsink next to dishpit has no paper towels in dispenser
-Employee washroom paper towel dispenser is stuck
-Men's public washroom hand dryer was not working (no power)
