Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were at o below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pails and inside the third compartment sink unit.
Three compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Ice machine was in a clean condition and the scoop was stored separately.
Staff member on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (expiration date: October 1, 2020).
