Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small container of tofu in front cooler was 15.1C. Cooler was not functioning properly.
Corrective Action(s): Tofu is a potentially hazardous food and must be stored at 4C or colder. Product was discarded at the time of the inspection.

Observation: Front cooler was at 15C. Theromometer in cooler read 15C. Items stored in this cooler were lettuce, carrots, tofu and sauces. This is a repeat issue from the previous inspection. Operator reported cooler had been fixed and will provide invoice.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace cooler. Do not store any food in this cooler until it is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or colder. Correction Order issued.
