Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CDTTE3 All food in the refrigeration units stored covered and protected at the time of inspection. Food premises noted in a sanitary condition - Walk-in cooler has no more dried on debris. Floor below the cooking equipment has no more grease or debris buildup. Dish sink sprayer head was noted in a sanitary condition. All chemical spray bottles were named appropriately with the name matching the content. Thank you for correcting all the violations cited in the last routine inspection. Keep up the good work. No further follow-up required at this time.
