Introduction

This is a follow-up inspection completed with the Manager to the routine inspection report # CRAU - ARZQUG (completed on October 10, 2017).

Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #CRAU - ARZQUG have been corrected.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice except for those noted on supplementary pages.

Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 31290 - RCR s.22(1)(b) - A licensee must ensure that all rooms and common areas are (b) maintained in a good state of repair.
Observation: The following item was noted during the follow-up inspection on January 8, 2018:

The wall in the 2nd floor dining room closest to the kitchen has damage noted to it (i.e., scuff marks black in colour and a hole starting to form as well). The Manager stated this just occured on the weekend and they will have it addressed by the end of the week January 12, 2018.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained in a good state of repair.
Date to be Corrected: To be fully addressed by January 12, 2018.
