Corrections Noted: √ Cleaning done under and behind display counter drawers √ Gaps between display cabinet drawers at back have been filled with spray foam **continue to monitor spray foam for evidence of mice chewing through it and patch/refill as needed √ Steel wool placed under trim next to bread slicer *Hose for water into large mixer hasnt been adjusted to prevent water from spilling onto floor. Staff stated that a new replacement hose is being sourced as the hose is too inflexible to adjust to prevent water overflow. Cloth over hose at time of inspection. Continue to use interm measures to prevent water splashing over. Replace hose by Nov 30, 2022.
