-Hand sinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Thermometers purchased for refrigeration.
-Minor patches fixed.
*Ensure Covid 19 safety plan is on site.
*Discussed proper cooling procedures. Foods must be cooled from 60C to 20C in 2 hours or less and 20C to 4C in 4 hours or less. Using ice wands is required as stand up fridges are not capable of rapid cooling. Temperature must be monitored during cooling.
*Dishwasher thermometer and test strips to be purchased.
*Cast iron pan from India removed. Cast iron pan must be purchased from reputable source and can only be used for roti bread.
