All outstanding items from previous inspection have been corrected except for code 305 (screen cover for vent). Glass ware washer in good working order - iodophor sanitizer available at 12.5 ppm. Keg cooler floor has been cleaned prior to more kegs delivered. Take out containers stored properly. Thank you for all your efforts. Note: Temperature log started today. Continue to monitor and record all temperature controlled units.
