Items are to be removed from premises that not required for operation in storage room area. Observations During Inspection: - Hand sinks stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel - Premises in good sanitary condition - All refrigeration units holding 4 C or below - Freezers holding -18 C or below - No signs of pests - Chemicals observed stored separately from food - Chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm - Raw food stored below all ready to eat foods in refrigeration units NOTE: Premises wishes to sell coffee and slush. Please send information detailing the cleaning of food contact equipment and how you will address food safety. Send a copy of a new floor plan including the new two compartment sink and new equipment added to the premises.
