Observation: Cleaning is required for dry storage room under shelving units, hard to reach area in kitchen (under equipment and in corners), in the last storage room (stuff non-food related)
Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize the noted areas and after addressing the issue send a picture to the inspector.

Observation: Noted broken walls, baseboard throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): As noted in previous inspection report the facility required upgrading and repair. Send a time line for repair to broken walls, baseboard no later then Feb 16/2018

Temp. of all coolers & freezers are satisfactory < 4 C < -18 C respectively)
- Paper Towel & liquid soap are provided at all sink except the staff washroom as noted above.
- Bleach solution 3 sink + buckets > 100 ppm
- Hot holding Temp. > 60 C
- No sign of pests noted.
- Ice machine is maintained well
- Foods are stored properly
- Temp. log sheet is onsite + up to date.
