Observation: Hand sink in seafood area does not have hot running water. Was told by staff that this handsink is not used, as there is another handsink nearby that is fully functional. However, it is important to maintain all equipment as per approved floor plans and the handsink that is nearby is right behind the meat display counter area. While meat staff use a different handsink (located much farther inside by the 3 compartment sink), they should really be using the sink that is closest to them or at least have that option.
Corrective Action(s): Repair hand sink so that it has hot running water.
