General sanitation is satisfactory. Handwashing station is stocked with soap and paper towel. Sanitizer in labeled spray bottle measured 200ppm. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. No concerns noted with food handling procedures. Savories are discarded after 5 hrs and leftovers at the end of the day or also discarded. Times are tracked in record sheets.
