* Declutter and organize the back dry storage areas to remove unnecessary items. Ensure
all boxes of dry food items and onion bags etc are stored at least 6 inches off the floor and away from the wall.
This will help in proper cleaning and detection of pest issues. ( by May 30th, 2022).
* Ensure to use only 1 teaspoon ( 5 ml) bleach per Litre of water to make 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer. ( By May 19, 2022).

Please ensure that all spray bottles of cleaners/sanitizers are labelled accurately.

* Ensure to mop dry the floor in walk-in cooler as needed due to water pooling from rappini boxes (due ice melt off).

Staff use tongs and gloves while dispensing bulk sweets from the sweets cooler.
Walk-in cooler below 4 C.
Upright freezers below 4 C.
Sweets display cooler < 4 C.
Produce coolers between 5-6 degrees C.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks.
