- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Walk in cooler = 4C.
- Upright freezer = -18C
- Two-compartment available for manual warewashing. Bleach solution available for sanitizing.
- Hot/cold running water available.
- Repackaging area is clean. Gloves available. Do not use latex gloves as this may trigger allergic reaction.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Recommend installing more traps as preventative measure for pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e. eggs, milk, prepackaged dry foods) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- Dry storage area is organized. All food items must be kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination.
