-Follow-up inspection to July 11, 2017.
-Food items which were stored at room temperature were placed into the upright cooler when the lunch rush had ended.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Reviewed/discussed with staff proper hand hygiene practices.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle in the cook area tested at 200ppm. Ensure spray bottle is also labelled and spray bottle remains in the cook line area.
-Did not observe raw foods stored above ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Back door was closed at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out and facility sanitation was satisfactory. Ensure kitchen is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Front handwash station leak has been repaired. Cold water tap needs to be serviced - difficult to turn cold water on.
-FoodSafe Level 1 staff member was on-site at the time of inspection. Ensure one staff member was a valid FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent is on-site when facility is in operation.
