Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted several green tea bags hanging from shelving unit. Operator said that he is drying them for his own use and that they had been previously used. Some prepackaged tea bags noted out front which operator says that he provides to customers.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately discard used tea bags. Tea bags are single use items and are not intended for reuse. Keep all personal belongings in staff area or take home. Any food on site in premises can be treated as intended for public consumption.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (sushi display, upright one door cooler unit, upright two door cooler unit..etc)
Freezers less than -18C
Hot holding of miso soup and rice higher than 60C
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle and in container with cloths submerged 100ppm. Test strips available.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection. Drain plugs available.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
